Can I book in a few minutes?
That is the target experience: a short flow for dates, scooter, customer details and checkout. Final pickup speed depends on operational readiness and document verification.
Which scooters are available?
The launch inventory shown here is LEM Coral 125 and LEM Amax 125. No other model is presented as available until it is actually added.
Where is pickup?
The Barcelona shop is still being selected. No fake or temporary street address is displayed.
Are payments live?
Not yet. Checkout will be activated only after payment and deposit rules are finalized.
Which languages are supported?
English, Spanish and Italian are supported in the site structure.
How much is the security deposit?
The refundable security deposit is €300. When card payments are enabled it will be handled as a pre-authorization rather than a rental charge, subject to the rental agreement.
What is the damage excess?
The current GMRIDE policy sets the damage excess at €300. Theft, fire or robbery has a separate excess of €1500. Insurance exclusions and cases of gross negligence remain subject to the final rental agreement and insurer terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours before pickup: 100% refund. Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
Are there fees for lost keys, helmet or fines?
Lost helmet: up to €70. Lost or damaged keys: up to €500. Fine administration fee: €30 in addition to the fine itself.
